Look at the state of it! I was not told that the wheels needed to be put on by myself. If you expect them to give you the correct papers for getting the trailer onto the streets, you won't get them. In fact I had to pay for customs to go check in the fridge inside trailer after the seller swore they were there and they weren't there. Endless LIES. Due to this my van isn't allowed to be pulled to any location by a veichle. The trailer also had two huge dents inside it. They said also that they have sent trailers to my country before, which is also a lie. I was called on vacation by a stranger because Bruce gave my personal info to a random person without telling me (before the trailer even arrived). The desperation to sell here is so great that the energy given to customer service is nonexistant. The whole thing ended up costing 2X the price of the trailer.They know I'm extremely unhappy and they take "0" responsibility for the endless lies and problems I've faced.
